Operations Officer
Acts as OIC in the absence of Store Supervisor
Sales floor management and customer engagement
As a sales ambassador , organize/orchestrate floor management by ensuring achievement of prescribed store service index. Facility Management
accomplishment of store grooming checklist including delivery of third party services. People Management
Cascades and disseminates information pertaining to updates (products and services), business directions, new sales program and procedures . Supervision

Retail Management and operational efficiency
Recommends and implements measures to strengthen and / or improve performance levels. Ensures performance metrics are achieved (Service Quality, Accuracy and Efficiency). Ensure that all store personnel greet, engage, demonstrate, inspire and manage the floor and customer traffic. Note: As OIC, allowed to do validation function in the absence of the validation officer.

Lead – Inventory Officer
Prepares a consolidated daily and monthly inventory reports of all product categories like mobile cellular phones, prepaid cards,sim cards,internet modem, cellular accessories, virtual and airtime cellphone loads like smart money and smart load. Also do a multi tasking job at the wireless center like cashiering, validation of customer's applications for postpaid line with the company and from time to time ask over to do customer care functions like attending queries, complaints and other related after sales concerns of our subscribers. Performs Intra Location and Inter Branch transfers for Wireless Centers / Stand alone outlets. Performs stock request, receipt and return via proprietary company system. Performs 100% quantity inspection of incoming deliveries from Warehouse. Maintains physical custody of all stocks, ensuring security and inaccessibility to unauthorized personnel. Performs end of day count of stocks with movement (i.e. borrowed and issued) and reconciliation with the Wireless Center Manager (WCM). Advise Regional Accounting (RA) of any variance via e-mail. Performs 100% month end count with the Wireless Center OIC with concurrence of the Wireless Center Manager (WCM). IO, RA and WCM will investigate and resolve inventory differences, if any. Monitor inventory levels, i.e.
