“Apple Inc.” which was formerly known as “Apple Computer Inc.” is a consumer electronics company with its base worldwide. The company designs, develops and sells computer software’s like IOS as well as computer hardware’s in form of Mac, I phones, tablets, Ipods. “Apple” has earned number one position on an annual list of the 100 most valuable brands in the world leaving “Google” and “Coca-cola” behind it. (McIntyre , 2013) There are very few public companies in the world whose founders are entwined with the company till the end of their life. “Apple” is one of them. “Steve Jobs”, a charismatic leader laid the foundations of the company then left it and then decades after pulled it from bankruptcy to the world’s most valuable technological firm. So, Culture of “Apple” cannot be described without mentioning “Steve Job” as he is the one who created a set of high standards within the company since its formation and ensured to pass it down and maintain within all groups of the company. Values of this organization are strictly enforced and accountability is biggest of all. “Steve Job” created a culture of holding individuals accountable for specified projects after designating them resources and responsibilities. That’s why, everyone in the company exactly knows what they are supposed to do there is no confusion whatsoever.
