You should be able to find information in our Northcentral library, on the Internet, in newspapers or community publications, local government websites, and through special interest advocacy groups. f this information is not readily available in your own community, please select another entity (town, city, etc.) to research in order to fulfill the assignment requirements.
Support your paper with at least five (5) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included. Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
