Your Research Paper will be based on one of the following choices:
The Impact of Divorce on Children
Research the impact of divorce on children under the age of 18. This is to be based on scholarly/academic research, not opinion, experience, or observation.
Spiritual Formation Across the Lifespan
Research spiritual formation and growth throughout the lifespan. Look at Kohlberg, Fowler, Piaget, and Erikson, as well as other works on this topic. Do not use the textbook. You can certainly use Scripture, but good research is required. Be sure to support/cite your statements/conclusions.
Forever 21: Dealing with America’s Fear of Aging and Death American culture cannot seem to come to terms with growing older or death. What is the basis of this thinking, and what can be done to see this as part of life’s journey? Your paper must be based on scholarly research and not your or other people’s opinions.
Current APA format is required for this paper. That includes a title page, an abstract, the main body (with in-text and parenthetical citations), and reference page. Refer to the current APA style guide provided in the course.
Your paper must be at least 5 pages of main body text, not including the title page, abstract page, and references (at least 8 pages total). At least 5 resources (published within the last 10 years) are required; use good scholarly/academic sources. Sources may include books, professional journal articles, and professional organization Internet/online articles and reports (no blogs or wikis, please). You are required to have at least 2 professional journal articles; for example, Journal of Marriage and Family. (Note: Do not use the Berger textbook. And if you use the Bible, it must not be one of your 5 required sources. Also, the Bible will not go on your reference list, but you will cite it in the body of your paper with scriptural reference and version used.)
